Use a manual screw driver to make the following corrections

and don't forget to retighten screws when finished.

To level: ( adjust the height) of your doors:

loosen screws on the mounting plates as shown in picture below, then move the door up or down to bring them back into alignment

To plumb: (in or out from the cabinet's face frame)

loosen the larger screw on hinge and move the door in or out to realign. This may involve using both top and bottom hinge Plumb screws

To adjust the overlay:(The reveal between the doors)

loosen the small Overlay screw on the hinge and move the doors left or right at the top or bottom to realign them
